ITINERARY
CHANDIGARH
Pick up from Chandigarh.
CHANDIGARH TO SANGLA
Morning post breakfast we will start from Chandigarh for Sangla (Kinnaur valley).
SANGLA – RAKCHAM HIKE
Today we will visit the last Hindustan Boarder Chitkul village, go for small hike Rakcham trail, have small valley picnic and back to resort.
SANGLA – NAKO –GUE VILLAGE – TABO
Post breakfast we will start for Spiti valley via village Nako where we will have our lunch and proceed ahead for giu village, perched at the height of almost 10,000 ft above sea level and is famous for unsolved mystery of mummy of monk some 500 years old. We will proceed ahead after our visit to Tabo.
TABO TO KAZA
Post breakfast we will visit one of the oldest Mud monasteries of Spiti valley, with beautiful frescos on walls telling the story of old era. Then we will leave for kaza.
KAZA – LANGZA – KOMIC – HIKIM – KAZA
After our breakfast we will leave for village Langza, famous for fossils of marine animals and plants, situated at the height of 14,500 ft. dominated by the statue of Lord Buddha overlooking the valley and the ancient monastery. Later we will visit Komic, situated at the elevation of 1507 ft and Hikim with world’s highest post office.
KAZA – KEE – KIBBER – CHANDRATAL
Post breakfast we will start for ke, kibber and proceed after the visit for chandrataal.
CHANDTRATAAL TO MANALI
Post breakfast we will start for Manali. Today we will be crossing high pass Kunzum-la (14,931ft) and reach manali by evening.
MANALI TO BHUNTER/ CHANDIGARH
Drop off for departure from Bhunter/ Chandigarh.
